The three transmigrators from Krieg underwent surgery under Wang Ming’s arrangements, and to everyone’s surprise, the procedures were highly successful. Every legion’s gene-seed possesses its own unique traits, and Wang Ming had always been curious about the characteristics of his own. Now, through the operations performed on these three transmigrators, Wang Ming finally learned the peculiarities of his gene-seed.

The most notable traits of Wang Ming’s gene-seed were its incredible vitality and extraordinary rate of growth. After implantation, the sheer resilience of their bodies meant that none had to worry about dying on the operating table; in fact, all twenty-two procedures could be completed at once. Within five days, their physiques had already reached the height of a standard interstellar warrior. It was estimated that, given a few more days, they would attain the stature of a true Primaris Astartes.

Their surgical outcomes revealed to Wang Ming many aspects of his gene-seed that even he had not been aware of. With these two traits—remarkable vitality and rapid growth—it could be said that Wang Ming could, if he wished, produce hundreds of thousands of Primaris Astartes in a matter of moments.

However, this was not absolute. The results might differ due to the unique nature of these transmigrators. It remained unclear what effects Wang Ming’s gene-seed would have when implanted into ordinary mortals of the 40K universe. Only time would tell, especially when the time came to operate on Ort Peckhart.

During these days, Wang Ming also received the Space Marines of the "Wolf’s Claw" Chapter. Draped in wolf pelts, these warriors, unmistakably reminiscent of cosmic huskies, expressed their utmost respect upon meeting Wang Ming. It was worth noting that after meeting Wang Ming, their gazes toward the transmigrators changed subtly. In their eyes flickered a barely discernible emotion—envy—especially as they observed the transmigrators’ rapid transformation.

Returning to the main events, all affairs on Moers were now more or less resolved. The transmigrators had completed the foundations of infrastructure and public welfare. Towering factories now stood on Moers, while schools, hospitals, and other public institutions had been established throughout every sector of the hive city, rising on what were once barren wastes.

The transmigrators had even compiled a school curriculum based on the "Imperial Truth," instructing the children of the Imperium to study science while also maintaining faith in the Emperor. Learning science would contribute to the betterment of the Imperium, while faith in the Emperor would safeguard their souls in darkness.

It was noteworthy that all education on Moers was compulsory and free. No tuition was required; students only needed to attend, and the schools would provide for all their needs—though not without cost. After acquiring various professional skills, students would be assigned to Imperial departments in need of their expertise, thus serving the Imperium.

The courses taught were highly pragmatic—basic PDF (Cadian Standard) training, studies in faith of the God-Emperor, fundamental medical training, and so forth, much like the curriculum of a Schola Progenium, though significantly gentler in intensity. These schools functioned more as military academies. Once their students graduated, the recruitment needs of Moers’ Astra Militarum regiments would be largely fulfilled.

All these measures had been finalized after discussions between Wang Ming and Thomas Peckhart. During their talks, Wang Ming subtly indicated to Peckhart that the management of Moers and the surrounding systems would, in the future, be taken over by the "Starfarer Transmigrators" Legion. This revelation first surprised Peckhart, but he quickly re-swore his allegiance to Wang Ming. Born in the lower hives of Terra, Peckhart was well aware of the authority wielded by a Primarch. Upon hearing Wang Ming’s words, he naturally equated the worlds managed by the "Starfarer Transmigrators" with the legendary Five Hundred Worlds.

Wang Ming, for his part, could see through Peckhart’s thoughts, and indeed, he and Guilliman had planned for Moers and its neighboring worlds to be developed into a cluster of industrial worlds, continuously supplying the Imperium with weapons, equipment, and highly educated Astra Militarum troops.

The transmigrators also carried out a wave of conscription on Moers. The soldiers who would have otherwise been handed over as tithe were directly recruited by the "Starfarer Transmigrators." These two hundred thousand soldiers immediately expanded the legion’s mortal auxiliary forces by twenty regiments.

With all matters on Moers settled, the transmigrators, accompanied by their newly recruited two hundred thousand auxiliaries, headed to the starport, preparing to proceed to the next world.

“So, which world should we head to next?” Wang Ming asked as he and the transmigrators convened in the meeting room. They began a collective discussion to determine their next destination. There were two options: two worlds adjacent to the Moers system— the civilized world of Batko II and the feral world of Gobei.

After a vote, the transmigrators chose to head for the civilized world of Batko II. This world was relatively close to Moers and boasted a higher level of civilization, making it easier to reform.

Once the destination was set, activity at the Moers starport surged. Under the guidance of the transmigrators, the auxiliary army boarded transports in orderly fashion, ready to leave their homeland and journey with the Emperor’s Angels into the terrifying darkness of deep space, to confront the countless enemies of mankind.

Five warships of the transmigrators departed from the starport, heading for the Mandeville Point of the Moers system. From there, they would enter the Warp en route to the Batko system and finally arrive at Batko II.

“We will now proceed to Batko II. According to Governor Thomas Peckhart’s intelligence from before the Great Rift, Batko II was very stable—no cultist activity, no Genestealer infiltration, and the planet’s environment was excellent, almost like a paradise world.”

In the conference room of the "Imperial Truth," Wang Ming stood before the large screen, projecting all available information on Batko II for the transmigrators to see.

“However, all this was before the Great Rift. Considering the aftermath, the situation on this world may not be as rosy as described.”

Wang Ming pointed to the image of the blue planet on the screen and addressed the transmigrators, warning that unexpected challenges might await them on Batko II, and that they needed to be prepared.

Apologies, brothers—updates have been a bit sparse lately due to the Father’s blessing. Once I’ve recovered, regular updates will resume at once.
