“Why do I feel a little dizzy?” Black’s fingers kept pouring liquor into Joanna, yet Joanna still seemed full of energy in the end. It was his own head that began to spin.
Dongfang Xiong squatted there, unhappily clutching his head. He could not remember how many years it had been since his stern father had last disciplined him.
A crisp sound rang out. Everyone assumed that Liu Fangyun had been struck, but who would have guessed that she was sitting there with perfect composure, her face utterly expressionless?
“What is that?” Diderot was stunned by the abrupt scene. He had never imagined that Dongfang Tian could possess such a formidable contracted magical beast. Judging by the lightning enveloping its body, its strength was certainly not insignificant.
“Can you give it to me?” I asked him. I was somewhat afraid to meet the boy’s eyes. They were so bright, yet so lonely and sorrowful.
“Disband your people immediately. Go home and stay there until things settle down before coming out again.” Li Jianxia disliked this sort of person on sight. Back when he had been wandering, he had often suffered at the hands of such gangs, so he naturally felt no goodwill toward them.
Murong Xun was speechless for a moment. Zhao Che looked meaningfully at Zhao Zhi, his eyes filled with heartache as well.
“Wen Yin, speak! Answer me.” When she remained silent, Leng Jingtian grew frantic. It seemed as though his entire body was likewise being scorched by raging flames, leaving him in unbearable pain.
By the time Bai Muxin finished speaking, her gaze upon Gu Qingcheng seemed almost to ripple with endless spring waters.
But this was no time to think about such things. After Uncle Wei entered, he first bowed and scraped obsequiously to Sister Peipei. Han Peipei, unusually enough, returned his greeting. One had to know that in the past, Sister Peipei had never paid attention to a lecherous man like Uncle Wei.
After passing that night, Xu Zimo waited in the city for news the following day, while Lin Xiao led his team outside the city to hunt monsters.
After hearing Liang Tian’s explanation, Liu Fei and the other four were left utterly embarrassed. Once Rui came to his senses, he took a brief look at the embryonic form of the Longhua Sect that Liang Tian had already begun building. Aside from sighing in amazement, he could not help voicing his own difficulties.

Furthermore, when Zhan Tian had departed, he had warned Yi Feng not to ascend to the Celestial Realm anytime soon. Although Zhan Tian had made use of Yi Feng, Yi Feng felt that Zhan Tian’s final warning had been entirely sincere.
Zeng Yi was sitting in the conference room of the Affection and Justice Entertainment Company with Cui Jian and the others, conveying Zhu Zhimao’s intentions to them.
When everyone heard that there was finally news regarding the Blood Emperor, they became wildly excited. Green light seemed to shine from their eyes, as though starving wolves had finally caught sight of their prey.
Han Xing nodded. Zhang Yimin might not hold a high office, but he certainly possessed a broad perspective. Fighting the earliest battle, exposing our weaknesses first, awakening the air force first, and designing a fighter capable of contending with the Zero first—that was the wisest tactical approach.
As the voice in his mouth, capable of stirring the hearts and souls of men until they were utterly enthralled, gradually weakened and faded away, seven or eight dazzling beams of multicolored light suddenly appeared across the surrounding sky. Interweaving with one another, they flew toward Liang Tian.
Yet beneath the impact of the two golden rays, Yi Feng actually felt that his many-layered domain was showing signs of collapse.
Lin Xiao withdrew from the international battlefield and came to Fallen Leaf City. The NPCs would learn of the news without anyone needing to inform them. He first intended to see what the two princesses planned to do.
Hearing the young master say this, Dudu immediately felt as though a burden weighing ten thousand pounds had been placed upon her shoulders. Even so, she clenched both fists and nodded vigorously, looking as though she had sworn to defend her young master to the death.
They all knew very well that, because of Sky Phoenix’s innate gift, breaking through was exceptionally difficult. She had spent ten years struggling with it without sensing the slightest progress.
I had originally intended to remove the bracelet and give it to someone as a reward after he left. But the Blood Jade Bracelet seemed destined to be mine. From the very first moment I saw it, I loved it beyond measure. It seemed to possess a magic capable of ensnaring the soul.
Yu Kongyue greatly admired the fierce loyalty of people like them, but admiration would never persuade him to spare their lives. Whenever he discovered such a person, he killed them all without exception. It was somewhat crude and brutal, but it was effective; at the very least, it temporarily spared him a great deal of trouble.
“I’m different from you. Zhao Weiyi’s mother isn’t dead—she’s merely asleep. I’m guarding her and waiting for her to wake up. What you people are doing is nothing but foolish nonsense. And as for conquering the highest realm, I can’t help laughing whenever I hear it.” Zhao Yin snorted coldly, his contempt unmistakable.

After provoking Lan Haotian into attacking with his words, Xia Fan realized that he had truly driven Lan Haotian into a frenzy. He had become utterly mad.
“A child?” someone asked. Then everyone ran toward the school. The school was the city’s charitable project, renovated the year before last, and it was considered the most magnificent building in the mountain village. Yet before the power of nature, every solid structure was as tender as the softest tofu; with the slightest tremor, it seemed ready to collapse into ruin.
Shocked and terrified, Manyin finally told us the truth. It turned out that when they had booked the tickets that day, they had not intended to send the child home at all. Instead, they had contacted another buyer—a family that purchased children—and planned to deliver the child to them.
This time he had returned with a letter from the Master for all his disciples, which Xia Fan was to receive in person. He also very much wanted to see his junior brothers and take a look at the disciples they had accepted.
Had Nightwind been there, he would have recognized the man who had appeared. He was none other than the personal attendant who had previously brought him to the Jingde Empire.
A moment later, the Wolf Clan Special Forces’ barracks rang with the piercing assembly bugle. Squad after squad of soldiers poured from the barracks and assembled on the parade ground.
She must have been curious about Lin Jiajia’s presence. Her beautiful eyes studied Lin Jiajia, but she was a young lady of a distinguished family and understood that with so many elders present, she could not rashly say anything. She merely blinked playfully twice.
Yet it was precisely this kind of expansion that began to worry Wang Qing. Without capable people, how was he supposed to govern all these followers once his power had grown?
